How to ferment chicken manure?
Chicken manure must be fully fermented and decomposed before it can be made into chicken manure organic fertilizer. If chicken manure is not fully decomposed during fermentation, it is not organic fertilizer, but is garbage. It will bring many harms, such as burning roots and seedlings on crops, causing soil salinization, breeding root knot nematodes and other harms. Chicken manure is fully fermented and decomposed, which is a very important process for making organic fertilizer.
Method One:
The fermentation bacteria should be added to chicken manure and mixed well. And an appropriate amount of rice bran or corn and bran also be added according to the situation. Then you should stir them evenly and sprinkle them into the prepared materials.
The amount of water contained in chicken manure should be appropriate. In the process of fermenting organic fertilizer, whether the moisture content is appropriate is very important. It should not be too high or too low. The moisture content should be maintained at 60-65%.
When making a fermentation pile, it cannot be made too small, otherwise it will affect the effect of fermentation. The compost height is recommended to be about 1.5 meters. The width is about 2 meters. And the length of 2 to 4 meters or more has better fermentation effect. Next, you should turn and toss once a few days until the fermentation is complete.
Method Two:
Fermentation is carried out with fertilizer making machines. If you do not need to process it into commercial organic fertilizer, you only need to purchase fermentation equipment. Organic fertilizer fermentation equipment includes fermentation cylinder, groove type compost turner, crawler type compost turner, moving type compost turner and wheel type compost turner. The fermentation tank is suitable for a small amount of manure fermentation. The moving type compost turner and crawler type compost turner machine can move freely. The turning and polishing width of wheel type compost turner can reach 30 meters wide and its depth can reach 1.8 meters.
These types of organic fertilizer fermentation equipment have their own advantages and disadvantages. You can choose flexibly according to the actual situation.
