Simple Introduction about Organic Fertilizer Fermentation

1. The manure from livestock and poultry and other materials, household garbage, sludge and other based materials for making fertilizer will be heaped on the level ground in strip ( Groove type compost turner can directly put the materials into the trough). The width of heap should be equal to the turning width of machine, and stack as high as possible; the length should be as long as possible, like 50m, 100m, etc.; the ground should be flat, and cement floor and land are available ( As long as it is flat and a little firm); each 10,000 tons of production requires 5-6 mu of land, and groove type compost turner needs to cover a relatively small area.
2. The manure from livestock and poultry and other materials, household garbage, sludge and other based materials will be sprinkled with biological fermentation bacteria agent.
3. Use the compost turner to mix straw, livestock and poultry manure and other materials, household garbage, sludge ( its water content should be 50-70% ), fermentation agent evenly. The foul smell will be eliminated after 3-5 hours, and the temperature will be raised to 50°after 16 hours. When the temperature reaches 55°, the materials should be turned again to add oxygen. After that, each time when the temperature reaches 55°, the materials should be turned and mixed, which plays the function of uniform fermentation, increasing oxygen and cooling, and then repeat this process until they are ripe.
4. If the water content of the manure from livestock and poultry and other materials, household garbage, sludge, etc. Is too high, then add some dry auxiliaries that contain organic matter and can absorb moisture; or by means of the reflux, put the fertilizer that was dried last time at the bottom to form a minced strip, and put the manure from livestock and poultry and other materials, household garbage, sludge and other materials with high water content in the middle, which makes the water from above seep down, finally use machine to turn over.
5. The normal fertilizer production process takes 7-10 days. Due to the different climate in different places, the materials may be thoroughly decomposed in 10-15 days, so as to truly realize no odor, no germs, no insect eggs, no weed seeds, high humus content, increased potassium content and so on. Then the powdery organic fertilizer is done.     
6. If you want to make powdery fertilizer into granular fertilizer, you need to add the following equipment: fertilizer granulator, crushing machine, classifying screening machine, rotary drum dryer, rotary drum cooler, automatic packing machine, belt conveyor, etc.
