What are suitable raw materials for the double roller extrusion granulator ?

At present, fertilizer is mainly granular. For granular fertilizers, the particles are required to be round, because round particles are suitable for packaging, transportation and storage. Compared with irregular particles, round particles have less abrasion between particles. Round surfaces are easy to achieve smoothness, so it is easy to improve strength of particle. In order to facilitate the application, the diameter of the round particles is generally controlled at 2mm-4mm.
The types of fertilizers produced by extrusion granulation are ammonium chloride, ammonium sulfate, potassium chloride, potassium sulfate, heavy calcium, helium, phosphorus and potassium mixed fertilizers and so on.

The double roller extrusion granulator is suitable for making soluble or non-sticky granules, especially suitable for chemical fertilizer granules. This granulator is not suitable for raw materials of sticky rice husk and chicken manure with a certain water content. It is easy to block the mold hole, so the mold hole needs to be cleaned regularly, resulting in the consequence of not being able to work continuously. It is suitable for the granulation of compound fertilizer with high granulation rate of the product.
